Golfer's Elbow

Golfer's elbow, or medial epicondylitis, is a condition causing pain and inflammation on the inside of the elbow, where tendons attach to the forearm muscles. It results from repetitive wrist and arm motions, leading to microtears in the tendons. Symptoms include pain, stiffness, and weakness in gripping.
