Rotator Cuff Strain

To treat a rotator cuff strain with physical therapy, begin with gentle range-of-motion exercises to reduce stiffness and improve mobility. Gradually incorporate strengthening exercises targeting the rotator cuff muscles and surrounding areas to enhance shoulder stability. Ice and heat therapy can be used to manage pain and inflammation. Focus on proper posture and mechanics during movements to prevent further strain. Over time, increase resistance and intensity as the shoulder regains strength and flexibility.
